He provided a quick patch that day and returned later in the week for the full repair. He truly is an expert and gives us peace of mind with our garage door. I have also used them for my home and my mother's home. If my family or friends ask I recommend them. Cant enough good things about Jay and his guys. We messed up our garage door on a Sunday (we were trying to reestablish our bluetooth/wifi app connection and pushed a lot of buttons in the wrong combination apparently and somehow jammed the door so it wouldn't open or close at all - and after two hours of trying to fix it ourselves by Googling a bunch of things, we called Garage Door Experts, talked to David, who was awesome, and then Jay was able to come over in 15 minutes and he not only fixed our problem, but also oiled everything AND adjusted the sensor on our OTHER garage door, that we’d not been able to open since we moved in last year - and so now that opens, too! 5 out of 5 starsMy wooden garage door came off its track and some damage was done to the top of the panel. I called Jay and he was at my house in a less than hour. He assessed the situation and told me the door could be repaired and stabilized and said he could do the job right away. It was late in the day so I was a little surprised but Jay went to work and repaired the door exactly as he promised. His work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. More importantly, Jay was a good guy. Very honest and upfront about what could be done to repair the door. I know down the road I will want to replace the door and when that time comes I will call Jay and New Jersey Garage Door experts. I cannot offer enough good things to say about Jay and my experience dealing with him. I wish there were more business owners like this young man. Thanks again for helping me out in a tough spot. 5 out of 5 starsMy spring snapped and my car was trapped in my garage, I called and told them its an emergency and Jay promised a technician would be at my house in under 1 hour. This was Saturday at 11pm!! 20 minutes later I see them pulling in my driveway. Alex got my car out right away and fixed the door while explaining exactly what he was doing. And for a Saturday night at 11:30pm, his attitude was very professional. I recommend the Garage Door Experts to anybody who needs service or a new door!
